Oliver Lozano
Oliver "Oli" Ocol Lozano (May 13, 1940 – April 12, 2018) was a Filipino lawyer who was the legal counsel of the Philippine president Ferdinand Marcos. He was born in Ilocos Norte. Education and career Lozano graduated elementary and high school at Dingras Elementary and High School, respectively. He earned his Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees at the University of the Philippines. Ilocos Norte
Ilocos Norte, officially the Province of Ilocos Norte ( ilo, Probinsia ti Ilocos Norte; tl, Lalawigan ng Ilocos Norte), is a province of the Philippines located in the Ilocos Region. Its capital is Laoag City, located in the northwest corner of Luzon Island, bordering Cagayan and Apayao to the east, and Abra to the southeast, and Ilocos Sur to the southwest. Virgilio Garcillano
Virgilio Olivar Garcillano (born ''c.''1948) also known as ''Garci'', is a former official of the Philippine Commission on Elections (Philippines), Commission on Elections who allegedly was involved in Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's alleged electoral fraud in the Hello Garci scandal. Garcillano was missing as he is suspected to be in hiding, initially abroad but recently in the country. Some sources stated that he was seen leaving the Philippines for Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. Other sources also stated that Garcillano was seen boarding a jet en route to Singapore. Garcillano also momentarily was seen in Surigao City, particularly in a beach resort under heavy guard. Capitol Medical Center is a tertiary hospital located in Quezon City, Philippines. History The hospital was founded by Thelma N. Clemente, Luis C. Clemente and fellow medical professionals. The groundbreaking of the hospital took place on May 1, 1968, and was inaugurated on March 19, 1970. It opened to the public a few months later on June 22, 1970. In 2013 it is reported that the Capitol Medical Center has 300 beds, 200 more than the initial 100 beds upon its establishment. The first kidney transplant was done in the hospital in November 1970. Angioplasty, is also known as balloon angioplasty and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA), is a minimally invasive endovascular procedure used to widen narrowed or obstructed arteries or veins, typically to treat arterial atherosclerosis. A deflated balloon attached to a catheter (a balloon catheter) is passed over a guide-wire into the narrowed vessel and then inflated to a fixed size. The balloon forces expansion of the blood vessel and the surrounding muscular wall, allowing an improved blood flow.
