Oleg Antonovich Volokh (; born 8 April 1942) is a Belarusian former football manager and footballer. Seymchan ( rus, Сеймча́н, p=sʲɪjmˈtɕan) is an urban locality (an urban-type settlement) and the administrative center of Srednekansky District of Magadan Oblast, Russia.
