Oleg Stefan ''né'' Oleg Stepanovich Shtefanko (russian: Олег Степанович Штефанко; born September 7, 1959) is a Soviet and Russian actor who became popular in Russia after moving there to study acting. He later became an American film actor after emigrating to the United States. Biography He studied acting in Moscow, graduated in 1980, then became a member of Moscow Maly Theater. He starred in several Soviet movies until the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. In 1992, Oleg Stefan emigrated to the United States. There he has appeared in a number of popular television series, including ''Frasier'' and '' JAG''. Torez
Chystiakove ( uk, Чистякове, ), formerly Torez ( uk, Торез), is a city of regional significance in the Donetsk Oblast in Ukraine. The city is a center of the regional coal industry and much of its economy relies on mining industries, despite a recent drop in the number of employed miners. The city has a population of Settled in 1778, the city was named Chystiakove in 1868. It was renamed Torez in 1964 for Maurice Thorez, a leader of the French Communist Party. In 2016, the Ukrainian parliament restored the historical name "Chystiakove" due to Ukrainian decommunization laws. ''Ultimate Force'' is a British television action drama series that was shown on ITV, which deals with the activities of Red Troop of the SAS (Special Air Service).
