Ole Klemet J. Sara (28 May 1936 – 29 April 2013) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was elected as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Finnmark in 1969, 1973 and 1977. In total he met during 16 days of parliamentary session. Broadcasting Council (Norway)
The Broadcasting Council ( no, Kringkastingsrådet, or ''K-rådet'' for short) is an advisory board to the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK). The role of the Broadcasting Council is to discuss and comment on NRK's programming agenda for Norwegian radio and television, and to advise on administrative and financial matters. Cases and appeals can be referred to the Council either by the NRK director-general or by NRK viewers and listeners. The Broadcasting Council is also free to consider matters of their own choosing. The Broadcasting Council meets eight to ten times annually and has 14 members. The Parliament of Norway appoints eight of the members, while the Council of State appoints the other six. Alta, Norway
( se, Áltá ; fkv, Alattio; fi, Alattio) is the most populated municipality in Finnmark in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Alta. Some of the main villages in the municipality include Kåfjord, Komagfjord, Kvenvik, Langfjordbotn, Leirbotn, Rafsbotn, Talvik, and Tverrelvdalen. Downtown Alta is located just below the 70th latitude and is closer to the North Pole than it is to much of Central Europe and the British Isles. The town is the northernmost settlement of urban significance in the European Economic Area, with municipalities north of it being sparsely populated. Statskog
Statskog is a Norwegian state-owned enterprise responsible for the management of state-owned forest and mountain real estate totaling approximately 20% of the area of Norway. About 5% of Statskog's land is productive forest while 80% is above the tree line. The company has its headquarters in Namsos. In southern Norway the operations of productive forestry is conducted by Statskog-Borregaard Skogsdrift AS, a joint venture between Statskog and Borregaard. Across the country Statskog also manages hunting licences and allows for travel and tourism in nature. History Statskog was established in 1860 as Statens skovvæsen and was organized under the Ministry of the Interior.
