Robin Olds (July 14, 1922 – June 14, 2007) was an American fighter pilot and general officer in the United States Air Force (USAF). Olds College of Agriculture & Technology is an Alberta public post-secondary institution located in Olds, Alberta, established in 1913 as Olds Agricultural College. Total student enrollment for the 2020–2021 academic year was 5446. The college is a member of the Alberta Rural Development Network. Walter Raymond Olds (August 17, 1949 – January 11, 2009) was an ice hockey player who played three seasons in the World Hockey Association for the New York Golden Blades, New York Raiders and Calgary Cowboys between 1973 and 1976. He was also part of the Chicago Cougars' organization, but never played for them. He was born in Warroad, Minnesota and raised in Baudette, Minnesota. As an amateur, he played for the University of Minnesota men's hockey team where he was an all-American defenseman, followed by the United States Olympic team at the 1972 Winter Olympics where he earned a silver medal.
