Old Yeller Belly
"Old Yeller-Belly" is the nineteenth episode of the The Simpsons (season 14), fourteenth season of the American television series ''The Simpsons''. It originally aired on the Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox network in the United States on May 4, 2003. Santa's Little Helper fails to help Homer when he is trapped in a fire. He is rebuffed by the family, but eventually accepted again. Plot Bart Simpson, Bart and his friends in his treehouse try to eavesdropping, eavesdrop on Lisa Simpson, Lisa and her friends having a tea party, and the treehouse gets destroyed in the ensuing fight. The Amish build a grand new one but, ignorant of electricity, install the wiring wrongly. There is a fire at the party to mark the completion of the treehouse. Everyone gets out safely except Homer. Santa's Little Helper is there, but does not even try to save him. Snowball II climbs up to save him, scratching him hard to restore him to consciousness. Bob Anderson (director)
Bob Anderson is an American animation director on ''The Simpsons''. He also contributed additional sequence direction on ''The Simpsons Movie''. After high school, Bob Anderson enrolled at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art to pursue an education in animation. Before Bob graduated from The Joe Kubert School, he began his professional career. Hired by Broadcast Arts in New York City, he started work on a variety of commercials. In 1990, Anderson moved to Los Angeles to work as an assistant director for ''The Simpsons''. ''Old Yeller'' is a 1957 American drama western film directed by Robert Stevenson and produced by Walt Disney. It stars Dorothy McGuire and Fess Parker, with Tommy Kirk, and Kevin Corcoran. Beach volleyball is a team sport played by two teams of two or more players on a sand court divided by a net. Similar to indoor volleyball, the objective of the game is to send the ball over the net and to ground it on the opponent's side of the court.
