Olaya (Riyadh)
Al-Olaya ( ar, حي العليا, ḥaī al-ʿulāyā), also spelled as al-`Ulaya, is a growing financial district mostly in the sub-municipality of its namesake, Baladiyah al-Ulaya, and partially in Baladiyah al-Malaz and Baladiyah al-Ma'dher in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Located on the north side of the city, it hosts sites and local landmarks, such as the Kingdom Centre, which houses the Four Seasons luxury hotel. It will also contain Al Rajhi Tower, which, upon its completion, will be the tallest building in Saudi Arabia. Al Rajhi Tower
Al Rajhi Tower (Arabic: برج الراجحي) is a $500 million USD tower currently proposed for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Designs for the sail-shaped tower have been drawn up by architects at Atkins. The tower is being built on behalf of the Al Rajhi family and will be used for commercial purposes. The family, considered by most in Saudi Arabia, as the country's wealthiest non-royals, is among the world's leading philanthropists. Plans have also been approved for the construction of a new tower to accommodate the Al Rajhi Bank's headquarters in Riyadh, designs for which have been drawn by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the architects behind Burj Khalifa. Abraj Al Bait Towers
The Clock Towers ( ar, أبراج الساعة, ʾAbrāǧ alsaa'a "Towers of the Clock") is a government-owned complex of seven skyscraper hotels in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. These towers are a part of the King Abdulaziz Endowment Project that aims to modernize the city in catering to its pilgrims. Najd National Schools
Najd National Schools ( ar, مدارس نجد الأهلية) is one of the main educational institutions located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Al Faisaliyah Centre (or Al Faisaliah Centre, ar, برج الفيصلية) is a commercial skyscraper and mixed-use complex located in the business district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
