Oksana Viktorovna Pushkina (russian: Оксана Викторовна Пушкина; born 10 May 1963) is a Russian journalist, producer, human rights activist, public and political figure. Leading international expert on women's entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion and sustainable development, member of European Union Parliamentary Assembly. She was a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation between 2016 and 2021. She was previously a children's rights activist from Moscow Oblast, and author, host and presenter of the shows ', ' between 1997 and 2014. The Order of Friendship (russian: Орден Дружбы, ') is a state decoration of the Russian Federation established by Boris Yeltsin by presidential decree 442 of 2 March 1994 to reward Russian and foreign nationals whose work, deeds and efforts have been aimed at the betterment of relations with the Russian Federation and its people.
