Oksana Lutsyshyn
Oksana Lutsyshyn (born July 22, 1964) is a Ukrainian-American recording artist, pianist, and professor, holding American citizenship. Biography Early life and education Born in Sokal ( Lviv Oblast), Ukraine, Lutsyshyn commenced her musical studies at the age of eight. At twelve she entered the Solomiya Krushelnytska Music School in Lviv, where she studied for six years with piano instructor Lidia Golembo.Golembo, Vadim Adolfovich. Mischa Scorer is a British documentary film-maker. Biography Mischa Scorer worked as producer for BBC Television from 1965 to 1979, first in the Religious Broadcasting Department where he made such documentaries as "Padre Pio" (1968) for which he won the first prize in the WACC Monte Carlo Film Festival and in 1969 "The Vatican", the first ever major televised documentary about the Vatican. In 1970 he moved to the celebrated BBC Documentary Department under Richard Cawston where he made a number of films in the series "One Pair of Eyes", two films about the KGB and its operations, and four films in the groundbreaking series "The Long Search" with Ron Eyre about the great religions of the world. Joshua David Bell (born December 9, 1967) is an American violinist and conductor. He plays the Gibson Stradivarius. Early life and education Bell was born in Bloomington, Indiana, to Shirley Bell, a therapist, and Alan P. Bell, a psychologist, professor emeritus at Indiana University (IU), and former Kinsey researcher. His father is of Scottish descent and his mother is Jewish (her father was born in Mandatory Palestine and her mother was from Minsk). Josef Gingold
Josef Gingold (; January 11, 1995) was a Russian-born American classical violinist and teacher who lived most of his life in the United States. At the time of his death he was considered one of the most influential violin masters in the United States, with many successful students. Biography Gingold was born to a Jewish family in Brest-Litovsk, Grodno Governorate, Russian Empire (now Brest, Belarus), and emigrated in 1920 to the United States where he studied violin with Vladimir Graffman in New York City. He then moved to Belgium for several years to study with master violinist Eugène Ysaÿe. He gave the first performance of Ysaÿe's 3rd Sonata for Solo Violin.
