''Oh Little Fire'' is the fifth album by Canadian singer-songwriter Sarah Harmer, released in 2010. It is her first album of new material since 2005's Polaris Music Prize-nominated ''I'm a Mountain''. The album debuted at #7 on the Canadian Albums Chart and #24 on the US Heatseekers Chart. History In the five years prior to ''Oh Little Fire'', Harmer was involved with environmental activism and made guest appearances on albums of Bruce Cockburn, Neko Case, Blue Rodeo, The Weakerthans, and Great Big Sea. Recorded in a Toronto warehouse and part recorded in a house on Lake Ontario's Wolfe Island, Harmer says the home recording gave some of the songs "a different, kind of country feel." Wolfe Island is an island at the entrance to the Saint Lawrence River in Lake Ontario near Kingston, Ontario. Wolfe Island is part of Frontenac County, Ontario and the Township of Frontenac Islands. Marc Rogers is a Canadian acoustic and electric bassist. Career Rogers studied at the University of North Texas College of Music, where he was a member of the One O'Clock Lab Band directed by Neil Slater. He is a member of the band The Philosopher Kings. Rogers tours with and is a member of Michael Kaeshammer's band. He has recorded and written music for film and TV including '' Zoe Busiek: Wild Card'', ''the L Word'', ''Lie With Me'' and ''Saint Ralph''. The Juno Awards, more popularly known as the JUNOS, are awards presented annually to Canadian musical artists and bands to acknowledge their artistic and technical achievements in all aspects of music. New members of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame are also inducted as part of the awards ceremonies.
