Lloyd Ingraham
Lloyd Chauncey Ingraham (November 30, 1874 – April 4, 1956) was an American film actor and director. Biography Born in Rochelle, Illinois, Ingraham appeared in more than 280 films between 1912 and 1950, as well as directing more than 100 films between 1913 and 1930. Films for which he is known include ''Scaramouche'' (1923), ''The Padrone's Ward'' (1914) and '' Rainbow Valley'' (1935). He performed in several films with John Wayne including '' Rainbow Valley'' (1935), '' Empty Saddles'' (1936), '' Westward Ho'' (1935), ''The Lonely Trail'' (1936) and ''Conflict'' (1936). He died of pneumonia in the Motion Picture Hospital at Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, aged 82. His remains are buried in Chapel of the Pines Crematory. Frank Alexander (actor)
Frank Dwight Alexander (May 25, 1879 – September 8, 1937) was an American silent film comedian and actor. He was occasionally billed as Fatty Alexander. Biography In the mid-1910s, Alexander acted in comedy roles for Keystone Studios, often with Sydney Chaplin. Alexander, who was morbidly obese (350 pounds), played villains in the films of Larry Semon, who are often the father of Semon's love interest. He is best known to contemporary audiences for portraying a villainous interpretation of Uncle Henry, eventually proclaimed "Prince of Whales" upon reaching the Emerald City in Semon's '' Wizard of Oz''. He was also part of the comedy team called " A Ton Of Fun" with two other large actors, Kewpie Ross and Hilliard Karr. Richard M. Ned Sparks
Ned Sparks (born Edward Arthur Sparkman, November 19, 1883 – April 3, 1957) was a Canadian-born character actor of the American stage and screen. He was known for his deadpan expression and comically nasal, monotone delivery. Life and career Sparks was born in Guelph, Ontario, but moved to St. Thomas, Ontario, where he grew up. He left home at 16 and attempted prospecting in the Klondike Gold Rush. After running out of money, he began performing. Billed as a "Singer of Sweet Southern Songs" and costumed in a straw hat, short pants and bare feet, he won a spot as a singer on a traveling musical company's tour. At 19, he returned to Canada and briefly attended a Toronto seminary. He then worked for the railroad and in theater in Toronto. In 1907, he moved to New York City to try his hand in the Broadway theatre, where he appeared in his first show in 1912.
