Odeta Nishani (born, Odeta Kosova, on 5 May 1969 in Elbasan, Albania) is the widow of the 6th President of Albania, Bujar Nishani. Her father originates from a Kosovo merchants’ family that settled in Elbasan in 1905, while her mother comes from the Karaosmani family and whose grandfather was one of the signers of the Independence Act and who served as Minister of Agriculture in Ismail Qemali Ismail Qemal bey Vlora, mostly known as Ismail Qemali (; 16 January 184426 January 1919), was an Albanian diplomat, politician, rilindas, statesman and the Founding Father of modern Albania, and one of the most famous Southern Albanian person. Kosovo

Ismail Qemali
Ismail Qemal bey Vlora, mostly known as Ismail Qemali (; 16 January 184426 January 1919), was an Albanian diplomat, politician, rilindas, statesman and the Founding Father of modern Albania, and one of the most famous Southern Albanian person. The principal author of the Declaration of Independence, he subsequently served as the first Prime and Foreign Minister of Albania during the period from 1912 to 1914. Born and raised in Vlorë into a wealthy Tosk family, Qemali developed an early interest in languages and mastered Ottoman Turkish, Greek, Italian and French in Ioannina and later studied law in Istanbul. He travelled across Europe, particularly Belgium, France, England and Italy, and returned to Albania after the Young Turk Revolution. Bujar Nishani
Bujar Nishani (; 29 September 1966 – 28 May 2022) was an Albanian politician. He served as President of Albania from 24 July 2012 to 24 July 2017. Nishani was the youngest person to have been chosen as president of Albania, taking office at the age of 45. Before his election as president, Nishani held a number of governmental and diplomatic positions. Namely, he served as Minister of Internal Affairs from 2007 to 2009, and again between 2011 and 2012, as well as Minister of Justice from 2009 to 2011. Early life Nishani was born in Durrës, Albania, on 29 September 1966 to a couple of teachers with roots from Gjirokastër. Presidential Palace Of Tirana
The Presidential Palace (), formerly the Royal Palace () and popularly known as the Palace of Brigades (), is the official residence of the President of Albania. The palace was commissioned by King Zog I of the Albanians to serve as his main official residence. In 1945, it ceased to serve as a Royal residence because the monarchist regime was substituted by a Communist-ruled government. Since 1946, it has been used by the Government of Albania for holding official ceremonies and state receptions. In 2013, the palace became an official residence once again, when President Bujar Nishani and his family moved into a reconstructed villa inside the grounds of the palace.
