Occupy Comics
''Occupy Comics: Art & Stories Inspired by Occupy Wall Street'' is a three-issue comic book anthology series published by Black Mask Studios in 2013. Funded on Kickstarter, the series articulates themes of the Occupy Wall Street movement through comics as well as fund-raises on behalf of the protesters. David Lloyd (comics)
David Lloyd (born 1950) is an English comics artist best known as the illustrator of the story ''V for Vendetta'', written by Alan Moore, and the designer of its anarchist protagonist V and the modern Guy Fawkes/V mask, the latter going on to become a symbol of protest. Other books he has illustrated include ''Wasteland'', '' Espers'', ''Hellblazer'', ''Global Frequency'', '' The Territory'', and licensed properties such as ''Aliens'' and ''James Bond''. In 2012 Lloyd established ''Aces Weekly'', an online comics anthology. Early life David Lloyd was born in Enfield, London in 1950. Career Lloyd started working in comics in the late 1970s, drawing for ''Halls of Horror'', ''TV Comic'' and a number of Marvel UK titles. Charles Adlard is a British comic book artist known for his work on books such as '' The Walking Dead'' and ''Savage''. Riley Rossmo is a Canadian comic book artist and illustrator, known for his work on various Image Comics titles, as well as Marvel Comics' ''Daken: Dark Wolverine''. Rossmo is an instructor at the Alberta College of Art and Design. Personal life Originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Rossmo now lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Steve Rolston (born 8 February 1978) is a Canadian artist and writer of comic books and graphic novels currently living in Vancouver, British Columbia. After working in story boards for various animated series, he got his first break from Oni Press as the penciler and inker of the first four issues of their on-going ''Queen & Country'' comic series by praised author Greg Rucka.
