"Obsession" is a song by American singer Sky Ferreira. The song was written and produced by DJ Frank E, Justin "DJ Frank E" Franks with OneRepublic members Ryan Tedder and Jerrod Bettis. It was released as a single on September 14, 2010, by Capitol Records. The song peaked at number 37 on ''Billboard (magazine), Billboard''s Hot Dance Club Songs chart. The accompanying music video was directed by Marc Klasfeld, and portrays Ferreira's obsession with actor Michael Madsen. Sky Tonia Ferreira (born July 8, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter, model, and actress. As a teenager, Ferreira began uploading videos on Myspace of herself singing songs she had written, which led to her discovery by producers Bloodshy & Avant and a recording contract with Parlophone in 2009. Michael Rizzo, is an American DJ, record producer and remixer from New York City, active since the early 1990s. Aeroplan is a coalition loyalty program owned by Air Canada, Canada's flag carrier. The Aeroplan program was created in July 1984 by Air Canada as an incentive program for its frequent flyer customers. In 2002 it was spun off as a separate corporate entity and eventually sold to Aimia.
