''ONE Fight Night 14: Stamp vs. Ham'' was a combat sport event produced by ONE Championship that took place on September 30, 2023, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore. Background The event marked the promotion's return to Kallang, Singapore and first since ONE Fight Night 8 in March 2023. An interim ONE Women's Atomweight World Championship bout between former ONE Women's Atomweight Muay Thai and Kickboxing Champion Stamp Fairtex and former Rizin Women's Super Atomweight champion Ham Seo-hee headlined the event. The fight was promoted to the undisputed title due to then champion Angela Lee announced her retirement and vacated the title during the event. ONE Championship (formerly ONE Fighting Championship) is a Singaporean combat sports promotion. Founded on 14 July 2011 by entrepreneur Chatri Sityodtong and former ESPN Star Sports senior executive Victor Cui, its events have featured mixed martial arts (MMA), submission grappling, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Lethwei bouts. Allycia Hellen Rodrigues (born May 18, 1998) is a Brazilian Muay Thai kickboxer. She currently competes for ONE Championship, where she is the current ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion. As of April 2024, she is ranked as the number three female super bantamweight Muay Thai contender in the world by the WBC Muaythai. Eduard Folayang
Eduard Folayang (born November 22, 1983) is a Filipino mixed martial artist and wushu practitioner who fights in ONE Championship, where he is a two-time ONE Lightweight World Champion. He also competed for Universal Reality Combat Championship, where he was the last welterweight champion. Folayang is a member of Team Lakay Wushu in Baguio which has produced numerous Filipino champions in URCC and ONE Championship. Prior to joining Team Lakay Wushu, Folayang was a high school teacher in the Mountain Province. Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong ( th, รุ่งราวี ศิษย์สองพี่น้อง; born December 7, 1995) is a Thai Muay Thai fighter and kickboxer. He competes in the Lightweight division of ONE Championship. Rungrawee is the 2015 Isuzu Cup 70kg Tournament winner, EM Legend 75kg World Tournament winner, and 2020 EM Legend 77kg Champion. Outside of Muay Thai, he is a two-time bronze medalist in pencak silat at the 2021 and 2023 SEA Games in the men's 80kg division. Dmitriy Menshikov (born December 1, 1997) is a Russian kickboxer who is currently signed to ONE Championship and has competed in the Glory Welterweight division. He is ranked as the second best welterweight in the world by Combat Press as of September 2022, and the third best by Beyond Kick as of October 2022.
