Operation Blue Star was the codename of a military operation which was carried out by Indian security forces between 1 and 10 June 1984 in order to remove Damdami Taksal leader Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and his followers from the buildings of the Golden Temple, the holiest site for Sikhs which is located in Amritsar, Punjab, India. Total return swaps are an example of an off-balance-sheet item. Some companies may have significant amounts of off-balance-sheet assets and liabilities. For example, financial institutions often offer asset management or brokerage services to their clients. The assets managed or brokered as part of these offered services (often securities) usually belong to the individual clients directly or in trust, although the company provides management, depository or other services to the client. ''OBS!'' was a biweekly conservative business and cultural magazine which also contained a significant political content. The magazine existed between 1944 and 1955 and was headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. History and profile ''OBS!'' was established by a group of Swedish journalists, including Arvid Fredborg, Th Åke Leissner and Gunnar Unger, in 1944 with the financial assistance of the International Freedom Academy based in Vienna.
