Oyster Bay Station (MTR)
Oyster Bay (), previously known as Siu Ho Wan in proposals, is an MTR station on the to be constructed southwest of Siu Ho Wan depot in Siu Ho Wan, on Lantau Island. The station will be built at-grade around existing Tung Chung line tracks. The construction of the station was gazetted by the Hong Kong Government in June 2021. The station is expected to open for service in 2030, with the depot remaining in use. It is expected that the station will serve new properties surrounding Siu Ho Wan depot, of which the station will be named after. History As part of the Airport Core Programme for the new Hong Kong International Airport, land was reclaimed at Siu Ho Wan for a MTR depot to service and trains. The depot opened in 1998. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor ( Cheng; ; born 13 May 1957) is a retired Hong Kong politician who served as the 4th Chief Executive of Hong Kong from 2017 to 2022. Tung Chung West Station
Tung Chung West () is the proposed MTR terminus station of the , west of Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong, which would follow on from Tung Chung station. When Yat Tung Estate ( Trad. Chinese: 逸東邨) in Tung Chung West was constructed, the MTR Corporation and the Hong Kong SAR Government reserved a site to build the station. Due to insufficient population there, the station has so far not been constructed. If the station does open, it would replace as the westernmost railway station in Hong Kong. Sunny Bay () is an MTR station in Yam O. It is between and stations. The station is an interchange station between the and the to Hong Kong Disneyland. The station was originally to be named ''Yam O'' (). ''Yam O'' was not used probably because of its ominous connotations (Cantonese ''Yam'' is more commonly known to English speakers as Mandarin ''yin'', which means darkness or a negative quality. Yam O is ''yin'' since it is at the north side of a mountain). The station was the first MTR station to have automatic platform gates (APG) installed on the edge of its platforms. These gates range from to the height of the platform screen doors found in other MTR stations. Tamar () is a station on MTR's proposed North Island line (NIL) on the north shore of Hong Kong Island. It will be located on the former site of HMS ''Tamar'' on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Tamar station will be the eastern terminus of the and the western terminus of the . It will also act as a transfer station between the two lines. According to a 2014 study, it was suggested to start construction of the station in 2021 and open it in 2026. Nam Cheong Station
Nam Cheong is a MTR interchange station located at ground level beneath West Kowloon Highway, in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong opposite the Fu Cheong Estate. It is served by the Tung Chung and Tuen Ma lines and provides cross-platform interchange between platform 1 (Tuen Ma line towards Tuen Mun) and platform 4 (Tung Chung line towards Hong Kong).
