Ralph Ince
Ralph Waldo Ince (January 16, 1887 – April 10, 1937) was an American pioneer film actor, director and screenwriter whose career began near the dawn of the silent film era. Ralph Ince was the brother of John E. Ince and Thomas H. Ince. Biography Ralph Ince was born in Boston, Massachusetts, the younger of three sons and a daughter raised by English immigrants, John and Emma Ince. Sometime after his birth Ince moved to Manhattan where his entire family was engaged in theater work; his father as a musical agent and mother, sister Bertha and brothers, John and Thomas as actors. Ralph Ince studied art with cartoonist Dan McCarthy and for a while worked as a newspaper cartoonist for the New York World and later magazine illustrator for the New York Mirror and The Evening Telegram. At times over his acting and directing career Ince would continue to contribute cartoons to popular magazines of the day. Huntley Gordon
Huntley Ashworth Gordon (October 8, 1879 – December 7, 1956) was a Canadian actor who began his career in the Silent Film era. Profile Gordon was born in Montreal, Quebec, educated in both Canada and England. He had various jobs including working in a bank, in a silver mine, contracting, as a commercial traveller, and being a cigarette factory owner before settling on the stage and at one time acted with Ethel Barrymore. His Broadway credits included ''Life'' (1914) and ''Our Mrs. McChesney'' (1915). He began his screen career in 1916 when given a chance by Thomas Ince. Gordon was once a model for Arrow Collars; he was once painted by American commercial illustrator J. C. Leyendecker. He served in the Canadian Army during World War I and began a career in motion pictures in England where he had been stationed during the war. Jacques Suzanne
Jacques Albert Suzanne (April 17, 1880 - August 1, 1967) was a French painter, artist, pianist, actor and explorer. Biography Suzanne was born Albert Jacques Suzanne April 17, 1880, in Trouville-sur-Mer, Normandy, France. He trained in fine arts at the Le Havre art school. He married Juliette Isabelle Emma DuChemin on December 5, 1903, and they had a daughter Isabelle. After his first wife died in childbirth he migrated to the United States arriving through Ellis Island October 21, 1905. He claims to have attempted to reach the North Pole but gave when up when Robert Peary made it in 1909. He married Hannah Moynihan in the early 1930s and had four children: Pierre, Jacques Albert Suzanne, Jr. (born 1934), Ninon and Anna. They lived in Lake Placid, New York, where he bred husky dogs for film and tourism purposes.
