Osman (video Game)
''Osman'' is a side-scrolling action game, action platform game, platforming game produced by Mitchell Corp. that was released as a coin-operated arcade game in 1996. Many ex-Capcom staff including Kouichi Yotsui (credited as Isuke), worked on the original arcade version of ''Strider (arcade game), Strider'' and designed ''Osman'' as an unofficial sequel to ''Strider''. Yotsui directed both titles. In contrast to ''Strider''s futuristic Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic, Kazakh-Soviet setting, ''Osman'' is set in a Neon lighting, neon-lit cyberpunk Arabian Peninsula, Arabian setting, while Strider Hiryu is replaced by an Eastern protagonist named Kirin who fights without any weapons. 1UP.com included the game in its "Games to Play Before You Die" list. Mitchell Corporation
Mitchell Corporation (株式会社ミッチェル) was a Japanese video game developer based in the Suginami ward of Tokyo. Roy Ozaki served as president, and Koichi Niida served as vice-president. Some employees were former Capcom and TAD Corporation employees. The company was originally established on February 1, 1960, as an import/export business by the father of Roy Ozaki. Ozaki and Niida took over the company and began acting as exclusive overseas agents for such video game companies as Visco, Video System, Seta, Metro, Home Data, and other small video game manufacturers in the 1980s. Company activity was suspended on 20 November 2012. Mitchell Corporation developed titles for home consoles, handhelds, Japanese mobile phones, the arcade and interactive kiosks located in restaurants and other places. ''Run Saber'' is a 1993 side-scrolling action game developed by Horisoft and published by Atlus for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. The game was released in North America on June 8, 1993, and in Europe in 1993. ''Run Saber'' features side-scrolling fighting as the two main heroes, and Sheena, the Run Sabers, fight to save the planet. Strider Hiryu
is a fictional character jointly owned by Capcom and Moto Kikaku. Although primarily known as a game character, Hiryu (''飛竜'', "Flying Dragon") debuted in 1988 as the protagonist of a Japan-exclusive manga titled ''Strider Hiryu,'' published by Kadokawa Shoten.
