Orlické Záhoří is a municipality and village in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants. Geography Orlické Záhoří is located about east of Hradec Králové. It lies in the Orlické Mountains. The municipality consists of several settlements scattered in the Divoká Orlice valley. It lies along the border with Poland, which matches the flow of the Divoká Orlice river in this area. History The settlement of the area is connected with the work of glassmakers and lumberjacks in the Orlické Mountains from 1590–1600.
