The Order of Excellence for Women () or Order of Distinction for Women is a state Orders, decorations, and medals of Sudan, decoration of Sudan established on 16 November 1961 during Ibrahim Abboud's Republic of the Sudan (1956–1969)#Abboud military government (1958–64), military government. It is awarded to Sudanese and foreign Woman, women who perform excellent services to the state or humanity. According to Sudanese law of 1961, the order is only given to women and cannot be awarded more than once unless after three years. This period is reduced to one year for employees if they are referred to retirement. The Order of Distinction is a national order in the Jamaican honours system. It is the sixth in order of precedence of the Orders of Societies of Honour, which were instituted by an Act of Parliament (''The National Honours and Awards Act'') in 1968. The motto of the Order is "Distinction Through Service".
