Olof Molander
Olof Johan Harald Molander (8 October 1892 – 26 May 1966) was a Swedish theatre and film director. He was most notable for his many Strindberg and Shakespeare productions. Biography Molander was born in Helsinki. He was the son of the director and writer John Harald Molander, Sr. (1858–1900) and actress Lydia Molander (1851–1929). His brother was the filmmaker Gustaf Molander (1888–1973). He was the uncle of the actor Jan Molander (1920–2009). He entered the Royal Dramatic Training Academy in 1912. Molander was First Director of Sweden's Royal Dramatic Theatre from 1919 to 1963. Anna-Lisa (born Anna Lisa Ruud; 30 March 1933 – 21 March 2018) was a Norwegian-born actress who appeared primarily in American films and television series, until she returned to Norway in the early 1970s, where she became a puppeteer. Early life Anna-Lisa was born in Oslo, Norway, Anna Lisa Ruud, and worked there at the Central Theater. In 1954, she travelled to the United States to visit her brother, a travel agent in Hollywood. Plessner worked in the German film industry and appeared in over sixty films, mostly during the silent era. Hans Philipp August Albers (22 September 1891 – 24 July 1960) was a German actor and singer. He was the biggest male movie star in Germany between 1930 and 1960 and one of the most popular German actors of the twentieth century. Early life Hans Albers was born in Hamburg, the son of a butcher, and grew up in the district of St. Georg. Knut Uno Henning (11 September 1895, Stockholm – 16 May 1970) was a Swedish stage and film actor. Henning's parents were Karl Bernhard Henning and Eleanor (Ellen) Martin. His father owned a bakery factory. Henning studied at the Royal Swedish Dramatic Theatre School between 1915–1917. After graduating he performed at the Royal Dramatic Theatre, Stockholm between 1918–1925 and returned there again between 1935–1965. Between 1929 and 1935 he was engaged by another Stockholm theatre, the Blanche Theatre. He made his film debut in 1919 in Rune Carlsten's ''A Dangerous Courtship'' and came to be involved in some 40 Swedish films and TV productions over his career.
