''On Top of the World'' is the third studio album by American hip hop duo Eightball & MJG. The album was released on November 1, 1995, by Suave House Records and Relativity Records. West-coast artists E-40 and Mac Mall both make appearances on this album, along with Big Mike – a one-time member of Geto Boys. Nuckle Heads, a newly formed group of 2 female rappers on Suave House, debut on this album. South Circle (Mr. Mike and Thorough) also make an appearance here. Former 1 of the Girls member Nina Creque also appears on the album. The album cover was designed by Houston based company Pen & Pixel Graphics, who also designed the cover for their 1993 debut ''Comin' Out Hard''. South Circle
South Circle was an American hip hop group composed of Houston rappers Mr. Mike (Mike Walls) and Thorough (Rex Robeson) that was signed to Suave House Records in the mid-90s. The duo's only album, '' Anotha Day Anotha Balla'' was released on July 4, 1995. The album had two singles released, "New Day" and "Attitudes" and peaked at 63 on the ''Billboard'' 200. South Circle disbanded in 1997 after making an appearance on the 1997 Suave House compilation, ''The Album of the Year''. Prior to the group disbanding, Mr. Mike embarked on a solo career. No Limit Records is an American record company founded by Master P. The label's albums were distributed by Priority Records, Universal and Koch Records. The label included artists such as Snoop Dogg, Mercedes, Silkk the Shocker, Mystikal, Mia X, Mac, C-Murder, Magic, Romeo Miller, Fiend, Kane & Abel, and Soulja Slim. Pen & Pixel Graphics, Inc is a Houston, Texas-based graphics design firm that specializes in musical album covers, especially for gangsta rap artists in the Southern United States. For a long time, it was the house design firm for No Limit Records, Cash Money Records, and Suave House Records. The company was started in 1992 by brothers Aaron and Shawn Brauch. The Brauch brothers and their staff worked with over 8,000 clients and completed 19,180 album covers before the company closed its doors in 2003. The brothers cited peer-to-peer file sharing website Napster and the September 11 attacks as reasons for the close; artists were reluctant to fly to Houston to view artwork that listeners would be unlikely to see.
