Oday Al-Jafal
Oday Abd Al-Jafal ( ar, عدي عبد الجفال; born 27 May 1990), commonly known as Oday Al-Jafal, is a Syrian footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Syrian national team. Club career In August 2013, he signed a one-year contract with Oman Professional League club Al-Suwaiq Club. In July 2017, Al-Jafal signed for the Jordanian club Al-Jazeera. Club career statistics International career Between 2007 and 2008, he played for the Under-17 and the Under-19 Syrian national team, including the Syrian U-17 national team that participated in the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2007 in South Korea. He played against Honduras in the group-stage of the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2007 and against England in the Round of 16. He was part of the Syrian U-19 squad in the 2008 AFC U-19 Championship. The 2013–14 Oman Professional League (known as the ''Omantel Professional League'' for sponsorship reasons) is the 38th edition of the top football league in Oman. The Oman Football League got the seal of approval of a professional league on 1 September 2013 and will henceforth be called the Omantel Professional League (OPL). Al-Jaish are the defending champions, having won their 11th Syrian League title in the previous season for the first time since 2003. The campaign began on 29 October 2010 and will end in May 2011. The 2008–09 Syrian Premier League is the 38th season of the Syrian Premier League, Syria's premier football league. The season began on 10 October 2008 and finished on 12 June 2009. The Syrian Premier League ( ar, الدوري السوري الممتاز) is a professional association football league in Syria and the top division in of the Syrian football league system. The league comprises 12 teams and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Syrian League 1st Division.
