Sainthood Reps is an American indie rock band from Long Island, New York, formed in 2009. Their debut album, ''Monoculture'', was released on Tooth & Nail Records in the summer of 2011 and was produced by Mike Sapone. The band released their second album, ''Headswell'', in October 2013 through No Sleep Records. Thrice is an American rock band from Irvine, California, formed in 1998. The group was founded by guitarist/vocalist Dustin Kensrue and lead guitarist Teppei Teranishi while they were in high school. ''Major/Minor'' is the eighth studio album by American rock band Thrice. The album was released on September 6, 2011, through Vagrant Records. Recording and production Thrice entered Red Bull Studios in early May 2011 with producer Dave Schiffman. The group had previously worked with Schiffman on 2005's ''Vheissu'' as an audio engineer, and on 2009's ''Beggars'' as a mixer. Thrice also previously used Red Bull Studios to record their acoustic live EP '' The MySpace Transmissions'' in 2007. When Thrice presented Schiffman with the demos they had been working on, his initial reaction was that the group was trying to make a grunge album. Manchester Orchestra is an American indie rock band from Atlanta formed in 2004. The group is composed of rhythm guitarist-singer-songwriter Andy Hull, lead guitarist Robert McDowell, bassist Andy Prince and drummer Tim Very. John Andrew Hull (born November 7, 1986) is an American singer, musician and songwriter. He serves as the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and primary songwriter of the indie rock band Manchester Orchestra. He also has a side project, Right Away, Great Captain!, as well as being co-founder of a side project with his friend and folk musician Kevin Devine by the name of Bad Books. Hull is also co-president of Manchester Orchestra's label, Favorite Gentlemen. Early life Hull was born in Atlanta, Georgia.
