Nelida Haydee Rivas (known as Nelly) was born on April 21, 1939 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and died on the August 28, 2012. She was the teenage mistress of Juan Domingo Perón, President of Argentina, during the early 1950s. Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. (born November 2, 1974), better known by his stage name Nelly, is an American rapper, singer, actor and entrepreneur. He embarked on his music career with the hip hop group St. Lunatics in 1993 and signed to Universal Records in 1999.
