Nuacht TG4
''Nuacht TG4'' (; Irish for ''TG4 News'') is a daily half-hour Irish language, Irish TV news programme. It is broadcast on weekday evenings at 7pm, Live television, live from the studios of TG4 in Baile na hAbhann, County Galway. A shortened edition of the programme is broadcast on weekend evenings at around 6:45pm. Format and presenters The programme is anchored by Siún Nic Gearailt and Eimear Ní Chonaola with Eibhlín Ní Choistealbha, Áine Lally, Máire Ní Mhadaoin, Ruairí Mac Con Iomaire and Maolra Mac Donnchadha occasionally substituting. Nuacht TG4 also broadcasts a weekly programme called ''Timpeall na Tíre'', which is a review of the week's top stories from ''Nuacht TG4''. Multiple-camera Setup
The multiple-camera setup, multiple-camera mode of production, multi-camera or simply multicam is a method of filmmaking and video production. Several cameras—either film or professional video cameras—are employed on the set and simultaneously record or broadcast a scene. It is often contrasted with a single-camera setup, which uses one camera. Description Generally, the two outer cameras shoot close-up shots or "crosses" of the two most active characters on the set at any given time, while the central camera or cameras shoot a wider master shot to capture the overall action and establish the geography of the room. In this way, multiple shots are obtained in a single take without having to start and stop the action. This is more efficient for programs that are to be shown a short time after being shot as it reduces the time spent in film or video editing. Virgin Media One, also called Virgin One, is an Irish free-to-air television channel owned by Virgin Media Ireland (part of Liberty Global), operated through its subsidiary Virgin Media Television. The channel was known until 30 August 2018 as TV3 (and until 2006 as TV Three, launched on 20 September 1998), becoming Ireland's first commercial television channel. Gráinne Seoige
Gráinne Seoige (; born 5 November 1973) is an Irish journalist, news anchor and documentary and entertainment television presenter. A noted Irish language supporter, Seoige is the only television personality to have worked with all four Irish terrestrial television stations—TG4, TV3, RTÉ One and RTÉ2—and to have read the inaugural news bulletins on three separate channels—TG4, TV3, and Sky News Ireland.
