''Now You See It'' is an American television game show created by Frank Wayne for Mark Goodson-Bill Todman Productions. The object of ''Now You See It'' is to answer general knowledge trivia questions by finding the answers hidden in a grid, similar to a word search puzzle. Two seasons were produced, both of which aired on CBS. The pilot was taped in October 1973, and featured six players instead of five, as well as a lack of neon lights on the front of the desks. The first series ran from April 1, 1974, until June 13, 1975, and was hosted by Jack Narz who was also hosting the syndicated revival of ''Concentration''. Johnny Olson was the original announcer, with Gene Wood substituting on occasion. The second series ran from April 3 until July 14, 1989, and was hosted by Los Angeles news anchor Chuck Henry. Frank Wayne
Frank Wayne (born Rocco Francis Rossi Jr.; July 9, 1917 – March 18, 1988) was an American game show producer and host. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he was also associated with Mark Goodson Productions. Biography Wayne was the original executive producer of the current incarnation of ''The Price Is Right'' from its 1972 premiere until his death in 1988. He created the show's most popular pricing game, Plinko, and many others. Both of his sons, Philip Wayne Rossi and Mark Wayne, also worked on ''Price''. Wayne is also credited with creating '' The Match Game'' in 1962 and '' Now You See It'' in 1974 for Mark Goodson–Bill Todman Productions. He filled in for Bud Collyer on ''Beat the Clock'' in Summer 1953 while a writer/stunt creator on the show, then later became the show's producer. A word search, word find, word seek, word sleuth or mystery word puzzle is a word game that consists of the letters of words placed in a grid, which usually has a rectangular or square shape. The objective of this puzzle is to find and mark all the words hidden inside the box. The words may be placed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Often a list of the hidden words is provided, but more challenging puzzles may not provide a list. ''The Price Is Right'' is an American television game show created by Bob Stewart, Mark Goodson and Bill Todman where contestants compete by guessing the prices of merchandise to win cash and prizes. Contestants are selected from the studio audience as the announcer calls their names and invokes the show's famous catchphrase, "Come on down!" The program premiered on September 4, 1972, on CBS. Bob Barker was the series' longest-running host from its 1972 debut until his retirement in June 2007, when Drew Carey took over. Barker was accompanied by a series of announcers, beginning with Johnny Olson, followed by Rod Roddy and Rich Fields. In April 2011, George Gray became the announcer. ''High Rollers'' is an American television game show that involved contestants trying to win prizes by rolling dice. The format was based on the dice game shut the box. ''High Rollers'' debuted on July 1, 1974, as part of NBC's daytime lineup. In September 1975, an accompanying series was launched in syndication and aired once weekly on local stations. ''The Wizard of Odds'' is an American television game show hosted by Alex Trebek that aired on NBC from July 16, 1973, to June 28, 1974, in which people from the studio audience vied in a number of rounds, primarily games revolving around statistical questions. John Harlan announced the pilot; Los Angeles radio personality Sam Riddle was the show's first announcer; towards the end of the run, Charlie O'Donnell replaced him. George Alexander Trebek (; July 22, 1940 – November 8, 2020) was a Canadian-American game show host and television personality. He is best known for hosting the syndicated general knowledge quiz game show ''Jeopardy!'' for 37 seasons from its revival in 1984 until his death in 2020. A telestrator is a device that allows its operator to draw a freehand sketch over a moving or still video image. Also known as a video marker, this device is often used in sports and weather broadcasts to diagram and analyze sports plays or incoming weather patterns. The user typically draws with a finger, stylus or pen on a touchscreen or graphics tablet. From the touchscreen or the tablet, the drawing signal is communicated to the telestrator, which overlays the video image with the drawing and outputs the combined signal for broadcast or display.
