Nova Generacia
Nova Generatsia, ( bg, Нова генерация, lit=New Generation) is a Bulgarian new / cold / dark wave musical group. It was founded in 1987 by Dimiter Voev, and existed in different lineups until Voev's death in 1992 at the age of 27. During Voev's life, and especially after his death, Nova Generacia achieved cult status. Nova Generacia later appeared in Sofia on 21 June 2006 in front of 40,000 people, opening for Depeche Mode. The music of Bulgaria refers to all forms of music associated with the country of Bulgaria, including classical, folk, popular music, and other forms. Classical music, opera, and ballet are represented by composers Emanuil Manolov, Pancho Vladigerov and Georgi Atanasov and singers Ghena Dimitrova, Mariana Paunova, Boris Hristov, Raina Kabaivanska and Nicolai Ghiaurov. Kiril Manchev
The male name Kiril (or Кирил or Кирилл) is a common first name in the Orthodox Slavic world, in particular in Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Russia. Bulgarian Rock Archives (or Български рок архиви) is the first online encyclopedia dedicated to rock music in Bulgaria. Launched online on 2 August 2013 and includes more than 350 bands and performers from the mid-1960s. The articles are divided in alphabetical order, year of creation, style, location. Profiles of the groups include a short biography, discography, composition, links to videos, and links to official sites and profiles. Starting 4 June 2015, the site uses a new version, has made an example from the world heavy metal encyclopaedia - Encyclopaedia Metallum, with better features and design. BG Rock I
''BG Rock I'' is a split album by the Bulgarian punk band Kontrol and new wave band Nova Generacia. It was released in 1989, and is the first release in the '' BG Rock'' series. The series was produced by Kiril Marichkov, a member of the famous Bulgarian rock band Shturcite. The album was a collaboration between the state label Balkanton and the Dimitrov Young Communist League. 5 LPs were released from 1989 to 1990. Track list Songs 1–6 are by Kontrol.
