Norwegian Women's Football Cup
The Norwegian Women's Cup ( no, Norgesmesterskapet i fotball for kvinner) is a knockout cup competition in Norwegian women's football. It has been organised annually since 1978. The final is usually played on a Saturday, the day before the men's cup final. The current champions are Brann, who won their second title in 2022. SK Brann Kvinner
SK Brann Kvinner (previously known as IL Sandviken Kvinner) is the women's football branch of SK Brann. Based in Sandviken, Bergen, the team plays in Norway's top league, Toppserien. History SK Brann Kvinner used to be part of IL Sandviken. Sandviken's women's team won the Toppserien in 2021, and the Norwegian Women's Cup in 1995. The team was renamed SK Brann Kvinner ahead of the 2022 season. In their first season, Brann were crowned champions of both the 2022 Toppserien and the 2022 Norwegian Women's Cup.
