Northtown (EP)
''Northtown'' is the debut EP by American singer-songwriter Shamir Bailey, better known by his stage name, Shamir. The EP has elements of R&B, house and dance music. It was produced by Nick Sylvester, the founder of New York's Godmode label, and released on June 6, 2014. The EP was rated as one of the best releases by a new artist in 2014. Track listing Production The ''Northtown'' EP was produced by Nick Sylvester, founder of the Godmode label. Shortly after graduating from high school, Shamir emailed a demo tape to Godmode, hoping to find a label to release the demo tape. Sylvester called the music "kind of like an R&B 'Yeezus'" and contacted Shamir the day after hearing the tape. North Las Vegas Airport is a public-use airport northwest of downtown Las Vegas in North Las Vegas, Nevada. It is owned by the Clark County Commission and operated by the Clark County Department of Aviation. Known locally as Northtown, it is the second–busiest public use government airport in the Las Vegas area and the third busiest in Nevada. Pleasureville is a List of cities in Kentucky, home rule-class city in Henry County, Kentucky, Henry and Shelby County, Kentucky, Shelby list of Ky counties, counties, Kentucky, United States. The population was 834 at the time of the 2010 U.S. Census. History In 1784, 30-odd Dutch people, Dutch Huguenot families colonizing present-day Mercer County, Kentucky, Mercer County purchased from Squire Boone. They erected a fort for their protection about east of present-day north Pleasureville. Their land was held and cultivated in common, but managed by Abraham Banta. It was variously known as "The Dutch Tract", the "Low Dutch Settlement" or "Station", and "Bantatown", but the post office was established as "Pleasureville" , and the city was incorporated under that name in 1842. North Wootton, Somerset
North Wootton is a village and civil parish, on the River Redlake, south east of Wells, and south west of Shepton Mallet in the Mendip district of Somerset, England. The village is on the Monarch's Way long-distance footpath. History The name Wootton means the ''settlement in or by a wood''. The North being added in the 20th century to distinguish it from Wootton Courtenay. The estate was granted by King Edmund to Aethelnoth, his minister in 946, and then to Glastonbury Abbey. The parish was part of the hundred of Glaston Twelve Hides. North Cadbury is a village and civil parish west of Wincanton, by the River Cam, in the South Somerset district of Somerset, England. It shares its parish council with nearby Yarlington and its civil parish includes the village of Galhampton, which got its name from ''the settlement of the rent-paying peasants'', and the hamlet of Woolston. History The name Cadbury means ''Cada's fort'' and refers to Cadbury Castle. The parish was part of the hundred of Catsash.
