North Dakota Mr. Basketball
Each year the North Dakota Mr. Basketball award is given to the person chosen as the best high school boys basketball senior player in the U.S. state of North Dakota. The award has been given since 1985. Winners are chosen by the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association (NDAPSSA). As of 2022, there has been a total of 17 class B winners to 24 class A. High School

Jeffrey Allen Boschee (; born on December 21, 1979) is an American former basketball player and current coach. He currently serves as head coach of the men's team at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. Ben Jacobson
Ben Scott Jacobson (born December 16, 1970) is an American basketball coach. He is the head men's basketball coach at the University of Northern Iowa, a position he has held since 2006. He served as an assistant at North Dakota, North Dakota State, and Northern Iowa before taking over as head coach at Northern Iowa in 2006. Playing career Jacobson attended Mayville-Portland High School. After his senior year he was named 1989's North Dakota Mr. Basketball. Jacobson went on to play collegiately at the University of North Dakota from 1989 to 1993. He was a four-year letterman for the Sioux, a two-year starter, and he ended his career as the school's all-time assist leader.
