North Avenue Station (Baltimore Light Rail)
North Avenue station is a Baltimore Light Rail station located on North Avenue ( US 1) near the I-83 interchange in Baltimore, Maryland. The station has two island platforms serving three tracks. During the light rail's double-tracking project, when the northern section of the system was closed, the North Avenue stop was the northern terminus. The station is the final stop on train headed for the nearby maintenance facility. Penn-North Station
Penn-North station is an underground Metro SubwayLink station and transit hub serving many buses in West Baltimore, Maryland. Its name comes from its location and neighborhood it serves Penn-North, at the corner of Pennsylvania and North Avenues. It is the deepest underground station, eighth most northern and western station on the line, and the first station when starting from Owings Mills that does not have free parking. North Avenue Station (MARTA)
North Avenue is an underground train station in southern Midtown Atlanta, GA, serving the Red and Gold lines of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) rail system. Named after the nearby North Avenue. The walls are made of white tile and painted with a mural of green hills, a blue sky, and clouds. The murals were designed by Gordon Anderson while he was a Professor of Art at Georgia State University. It is among the busiest stations in the system with an average of 15,000 boardings per weekday. The station has a direct entrance to the AT&T Midtown Center and is actually located in the skyscraper's basement. North Triangle Common Station (official temporary designation: ''Unified Grand Central Station'', also called Grand Central Station), popularly known as the Common Station, is an under-construction rapid transit terminal and transport hub that will connect LRT Line 1, MRT Line 3 and Line 7, and the nearby Metro Manila Subway. It is located in Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, Philippines, and is named after its location, which is at the corner of EDSA and North Avenue. The common alignment had been in limbo for years since the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), now Department of Transportation (DOTr), reviewed the project's technical and financial components. It was in January 2017 that an agreement was reached to build the station. The groundbreaking of the station was held at the North Triangle Transport Terminal on September 29, 2017. North Avenue Station (MRT)
North Avenue station is an elevated Manila Metro Rail Transit (MRT) station situated on Line 3. Located in Diliman in Quezon City and is named after its location, which is at the corner of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and North Avenue, it is the current northern terminus of the line. The North Avenue Depot, an underground depot where the trains of the line are kept and maintained, is located near the station. The elevated tracks terminate abruptly beyond the station, but there is sufficient room for a terminating train to leave the station and stop before switching to the other track then entering the station again to begin the journey south. Nearby landmarks The station is directly connected to one of the Philippines' premier shopping malls, TriNoma which opened in 2007.
