North American Fran Am 2000 Pro Championship
The Formula TR 2000 Pro Series was a Formula Renault 2.0 championship held in North America. This series was created in 2004 and was part of the Formula TR Pro Series that also included the Formula Renault 1.6 (FTR 1600 class) and 2.0 (FTR 2000 class). The final championship in 2007 occurred between March 10 to November 10 and consisted of 20 rounds in United States (California, Utah and Nevada). Formula Renault are classes of formula racing popular in Europe and elsewhere. Regarded as an entry-level series to motor racing, it was founded in 1971, and was a respected series where drivers can learn advanced racecraft before moving on to higher formulas. Carl Skerlong (born September 23, 1988) is an American racing driver from Seattle, Washington. Racing career Skerlong began his racing career in Formula TR 1600 Pro Series in 2005, where he won the championship. In 2006, he raced in the Formula TR 2000 Pro Series where he won the championship, made two Star Mazda Series starts and, that fall, he raced in the Formula Renault 2.0 UK Winter Series where he finished eighth. Seth Ingham
Seth Ingham (born October 24, 1984) is an American racing driver from Yakima, Washington. In 2005 he won the Formula TR 2000 Pro Series championship. The following year he raced in Formula V6 Asia and finished fourth in the championship, his best finish coming in heat one of the second race weekend held at Sepang International Circuit. Andrew Ranger (born November 20, 1986) is a Canadian professional racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Pinty's Series, driving the No. 27 for Paillé Course//Racing.
