Norshahrul Idlan Talaha
Norshahrul Idlan bin Talaha (born 8 June 1986), also known as Mat Yo, is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Malaysia Super League side Sabah. From 2007 to 2021, he represented the Malaysia national team. He popularly known as Mat Yo by Malaysian football fans. Career Perak Norshahrul was born in Besut, Terengganu. He moved to Perak when he was 1 months old. He attended a local school and started playing for the Perak at the age of 12. Then, he promoted to play for the Perak senior team in 2003. He was mostly a substitute for Perak and sometimes play for the reserve team. UPB-MyTeam He later signed by the newly created club, UPB-MyTeam FC. He was one of the team's key players and score 16 goals in all competition for the club. Kelantan Norshahrul join Kelatan in late 2009. He was part of the Kelantan's 2010 Malaysia Cup winning team. Besut
Besut is a district in Terengganu, Malaysia. It is bordered by the state of Kelantan to the north and west and the South China Sea to the east. It is the northern gateway to Terengganu. Kampung Raja is the district capital, though Jerteh is more developed. Another major town is the fishing port of Kuala Besut. Malaysia national under-23 football team ( ms, Pasukan bola sepak kebangsaan bawah-23 Malaysia), also known as Malaysia Under-23, Malaysia U-23 or Malaysia Olympic football team is the national association football team of Malaysia in under-23 and 22 level, representing the country at the Olympic Games, Asian Games and Southeast Asian Games, as well as any other under-23 international football tournaments including the AFC U-23 Championship. Perak
Perak () is a state of Malaysia on the west coast of the Malay Peninsula. The Malaysia Super League ( ms, Liga Super Malaysia) is the men's top professional football division of the Malaysian football league system. Merdeka Tournament
Merdeka Tournament or Pestabola Merdeka is a friendly football tournament held in Malaysia to commemorate the Independence Day. The competition bears the Malay word for independence. As of 2022, it has been held 40 times, and decreasingly in recent decades. Matches in Merdeka tournament considered International "A" matches (Friendly match) by FIFA. Its final has been mainly held at Stadium Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur. The 2014 AFF Championship, sponsored by Suzuki and officially known as the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup, was the 10th edition of the AFF Championship, an international association football competition consisting of national teams of member nations of the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF). Co-hosting rights to the group stages were awarded to Singapore and Vietnam with matches held from 22 November to 20 December 2014. Meanwhile, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand also hosted knockout stage matches, as their teams advanced to the semi-finals with Vietnam. Singapore were the defending champions, but were eliminated in the group stage. The 2010 AFF Championship, sponsored by Suzuki and P&G and officially known as the 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup, was the 8th edition of the AFF Championship, took place on 1–29 December 2010. Indonesia and Vietnam hosted the group stage from 1 to 8 December. Two-legged home-and-away semi-finals and finals were held between 15 and 29 December 2010. Vietnam were the defending champions, but were eliminated by Malaysia in the semi-finals. Indonesia appeared in their fourth final while the Philippines qualified for the semi-finals for the first time under the management of Simon McMenemy.
