Norman Jefferson Jr. (born August 7, 1964) is a former cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the 1987 NFL draft by the Green Bay Packers. He was the last player taken, making him Mr. Irrelevant of the 1987 NFL draft. He played two seasons with the Packers. Marrero is a census-designated place (CDP) in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, United States. Marrero is on the south side (referred to as the "West Bank") of the Mississippi River, within the New Orleans– Metairie–Kenner metropolitan statistical area. The population was 32,382 at the 2020 U.S. census. History Marrero was named in honor of the Louisiana politician and founder of Marrero Land Company, Louis H. Marrero. A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football.
