Nolan Seegert
Nolan Seegert (born 11 July 1992) is a German retired pair skater. With his skating partner, Minerva Fabienne Hase, he was the 2019 Rostelecom Cup bronze medalist, 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy champion, and three-time German national champion (2019–20, 2022). The pair represented Germany at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Personal life Seegert was born on 11 July 1992 in Berlin. He has studied sports science and biology at Humboldt University Berlin. In 2017, he joined the Bundeswehr's Sportfördergruppe (sports support group). Career Early career Seegert began learning to skate in 1999. During the 2007–2008 season, he competed with Josephine Klinger in novice pairs. The following season, he continued in the novice ranks with a new partner, Karolin Salatzki. 2014 NRW Trophy
The 2014 NRW Trophy is an international figure skating competition during the 2014–15 figure skating season, 2014–2015 season. An annual event organized by the Skating Union of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), it has been sanctioned by the Deutsche Eislauf Union and the International Skating Union since 2007. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of single skating, men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The competition is held in Dortmund, Germany in two parts. The Ice Dance Trophy, in which ice dancers compete on the senior, junior, and novice levels, was held from 7–9 November 2014. The Bavarian Open is an annual international figure skating competition organized by the Skating Union of Bavaria. Since 2011, it is sanctioned by the Deutsche Eislauf Union and the International Skating Union. The event is held in February at Eissportzentrum Oberstdorf in Oberstdorf, Germany. 2010–11 Figure Skating Season
The 2010–11 figure skating season began on July 1, 2010, and ended on June 30, 2011. During this season, elite skaters competed on the ISU Championship level at the 2011 European, Four Continents, World Junior, and World Championships. They also competed in elite competitions such as the Grand Prix series and Junior Grand Prix series, culminating in the Grand Prix Final. Season notes This was the first season in which the short dance was contested in ice dance, having replaced the compulsory dance and original dance. The ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating (titled the ISU Junior Series in the 1997–98 season) is a series of international junior-level competitions organized by the International Skating Union. German Figure Skating Championships
The German Figure Skating Championships ( ger, Deutsche Meisterschaften im Eiskunstlaufen) are a figure skating national championship held annually to determine the national champions of Germany. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. History Unofficial German Figure Skating Championships were held from 1887 to 1889 in Hamburg. 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy
The 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy was held on September 22–25, 2021 in Oberstdorf, Germany. It was part of the 2021–22 ISU Challenger Series. It was also the final qualifying event for the 2022 Winter Olympics. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance. In December 2020, the International Skating Union designated Nebelhorn Trophy as the official figure skating qualification competition for the 2022 Winter Olympics.
