Nojeva Barka
''Nojeva barka'' (trans. "Noah's Ark") is the fourteenth studio album from Serbian and former Yugoslav rock band Riblja Čorba, released in 1999. The album's biggest hits were its title track, "Gastarbjaterska 2", "Care" (which criticizes Slobodan Milošević and Socialist Party of Serbia), and the ballad "Princ". The song "16 noći" is a Serbian language cover of Merle Travis' song "Sixteen Tons", Riblja Čorba version dealing with phone sex. The music for the song "Gde si" was written by a former Riblja Čorba member and Bajaga i Instruktori frontman Momčilo Bajagić, who also sang backing vocals on the song. Merle Travis
Merle Robert Travis (November 29, 1917 – October 20, 1983) was an American country and western singer, songwriter, and guitarist born in Rosewood, Kentucky, United States. His songs' lyrics often discussed both the lives and the economic exploitation of American coal miners. Among his many well-known songs and recordings are "Sixteen Tons", "Re-Enlistment Blues", " I am a Pilgrim" and " Dark as a Dungeon". However, it is his unique guitar style, still called "Travis picking" by guitarists, as well as his interpretations of the rich musical traditions of his native Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, for which he is best known today. Travis picking is a syncopated style of guitar fingerpicking rooted in ragtime music in which alternating chords and bass notes are plucked by the thumb while melodies are simultaneously plucked by the index finger. Željko Savić (; born 18 March 1988) is a Bosnian Serb football defender who plays for GFK Sloven in Serbia. Club career Born in Bihać, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, back then still within SFR Yugoslavia, Savic started playing in Serbia with lower-league side FK Omladinac Novi Banovci. Vidoja Božinović (Serbian Cyrillic: Видоја Божиновић, born 3 October 1955), also known as Džindžer (transliteration for ''Ginger''), is a Serbian musician. He is best known as the guitarist for the Serbian and former Yugoslav rock band Riblja Čorba. Biography Vidoja Božinović started his career in 1974 as the guitarist for the band Dim Bez Vatre. Miroslav "Vicko" Milatović (Serbian Cyrillic: Мирослав-Вицко Милатовић) is a Serbian musician best known as the drummer for the Serbian and Yugoslav rock band Riblja Čorba.
