The Noginsk constituency (No.110) was a Constituencies of Russia, Russian legislative constituency in Moscow Oblast. It was based in eastern suburbs and exurbs of Moscow. Moscow Oblast ( rus, Моско́вская о́бласть, r=Moskovskaya oblast', p=mɐˈskofskəjə ˈobləsʲtʲ), or Podmoskovye ( rus, Подмоско́вье, p=pədmɐˈskovʲjə, literally "under Moscow"), is a federal subject of Russia (an oblast).
