Noah Togiai
Noah Togiai (born July 6, 1997) is an American football tight end who is a free agent. He played college football at Oregon State and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Eagles in 2020. College career Togiai was a member of the Oregon State Beavers for five seasons. As a true freshman he caught 10 passes for 73 yards and one touchdown. After the season, Togiai walked-on to Oregon State's basketball team and played in two games before leaving the team in January 2016 in order to focus on football. He had four receptions for 31 yards and a touchdown in the first game of his sophomore season against Minnesota before using a medical redshirt after spraining ligaments in his right knee in the following game against Idaho. The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Like offensive linemen, they are usually lined up on the offensive line and are large enough to be effective blockers. On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are eligible receivers adept enough to warrant a defense's attention when running pass patterns. Because of the hybrid nature of the position, the tight end's role in any given offense depends on the tactical preferences and philosophy of the head coach as well as overall team dynamic. The Idaho Vandals are the college football team that represents the University of Idaho and plays its home games at the Kibbie Dome, an indoor facility on campus in Moscow, Idaho.
