Noah Raford
Noah Raford (born 3 May 1978 in Charlottesville, Virginia) is an American futurist and specialist in public policy, strategy and emerging technologies. He is a founding executive of the Dubai Future Foundation and the Museum of the Future, and is currently the Futurist-in-Chief and Chief of Global Affairs at the Dubai Future Foundation. He was responsible for a project claiming to be the world's first fully functional 3D printed building and a blockchain strategy for Dubai. Early life and education Raford was born in Charlottesville, United States. He earned a Bachelor in Sociospatial Analysis and Design at Brown University in 2000, and completed his master's in advanced architectural analysis from the Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London (UCL) in 2004. Charlottesville, colloquially known as C'ville, is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is the county seat of Albemarle County, which surrounds the city, though the two are separate legal entities. It is named after Queen Charlotte. At the 2020 census, the population was 46,553.
