Nkozi Hospital is a hospital in Nkozi, Mpigi District, in the Central Region of Uganda. It is a private, non-profit, community hospital, serving the town of Nkozi and surrounding areas of southern Mawokota County. Uganda Martyrs University
Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) is a private University affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church in Uganda. The University is owned by the Episcopal Conference of the Catholic Bishops of Uganda. It is licensed by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education. UMU consists of seven Faculties, two Institute, six Campuses, nine Departments, and three schools. As of March 2022, total student enrollment is 4,632. Of these, about 1,500 students were residential, while nearly 3,000 students were enrolled in UMU's distance learning programs. Regions Of Uganda
The regions of Uganda are known as Central, Western, Eastern, and Northern. These four regions are in turn divided into districts. There were 56 districts in 2002, which expanded into 111 districts plus one city (Kampala) by 2010. The national government interacts directly with the districts, so regions do not have any definite role in administration. Katonga River
The Katonga River is a river in Uganda, in East Africa. Location and description The Katonga River is located in the southwestern part of Uganda. Its channel is continuous between Lake Victoria and Lake George, reflecting that it once drained away from Lake Victoria into Lake George along its entire length. Masaka District is a district in Buganda Kingdom in Uganda. Its main town is Masaka City, whose estimated population in 2011 was 74,100. Lake George (Uganda)
Lake George or Lake Katunguru is a lake in Uganda. It covers a total surface area of and is a part of the African Great Lakes system, although it is not considered one of the Great Lakes. Like the other lakes in the region, it was renamed after a member of the British royal family, in this case Prince George, later to become King George V. Lake George drains to the southwest into Lake Edward through the Kazinga Channel. The area surrounding the lake is populated by the Batooro, Basongora, Banyampaka and Banyankore peoples, among others. All these nations speak closely-related dialects which are generally referred as Runyakitara language. ''Akatunguru'' is a word which means ‘onion’ and is used by all these different peoples.
