Nkosinathi Joyi
Nkosinathi Joyi (born 1 January 1983 in Mdantsane, South Africa), is a South African professional boxer with a southpaw stance who goes by the nickname of "Mabere". Joyi is the former IBF Minimumweight world champion, he was ranked by BoxRec and ''The Ring Magazine'' as the number one boxer in the Minimumweight division. He is also the two-time and current IBO Minimumweight champion. Professional career Joyi, who has fought his entire career in South Africa, made his professional debut on 28 April 2002 in Queenstown. He beat Dalisizwe Komani over the six round distance to make a winning start to his career. Joyi won his first minor championship on 24 April 2004, beating Mzikayse Foslare to win the South African minimumweight title. Hector "Hekkie" Budler (born 18 May 1988) is a South African professional boxer. He is a two-weight world champion, having held the IBO and WBA minimumweight titles between 2011 and 2016 and the unified WBA (Super), IBF, and ''Ring'' magazine light-flyweight titles in 2018. Professional career IBO light-flyweight champion Budler was scheduled to fight Juanito Rubillar for the vacant IBO light-flyweight title on February 27, 2010, at the Emperors Palace in Kempton Park. Light flyweight, also known as junior flyweight or super strawweight, is a Weight class (boxing), weight class in boxing. Professional boxing The weight limit at light flyweight in professional boxing is 108 pounds (49 kilograms). When New York (state), New York legalized boxing in 1920, the law stipulated a "junior flyweight" class, with a weight limit of 99 pounds. When the National Boxing Association was formed in 1921, it also recognized this weight class. However, on January 19, 1922, the NBA decided to withdraw recognition of the junior flyweight division. He held the IBO mini-flyweight title from 2016 to 2019 and challenged for the WBA mini-flyweight title in 2015 and the WBC mini-flyweight title in 2019.
