Nizamuddin Markaz, also called Banglewali Masjid, is a mosque located in Nizamuddin West in South Delhi, India. Bishwa Ijtema
The Bishwa Ijtema ( bn, বিশ্ব ইজতেমা , meaning Global Congregation) is an annual gathering of Muslims in Tongi, by the banks of the River Turag, in the outskirts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is one of the largest peaceful gatherings in the world. The Ijtema is a prayer meeting spread over three days, during which attending devotees perform daily prayers while listening to scholars reciting and explaining verses from the Quran. It culminates in the ''Akheri Munajat'', or the Concluding Supplication (Final Prayer), Maulana Zubair Ahmed in which millions of devotees raise their hands in front of Allah (God) and pray for world peace. The Jama Masjid Nerul or Nerul Aalami Markaz is a mosque located in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is the oldest, largest mosque in Nerul & one of the main mosques of Navi Mumbai. Ahmad Laat ( Urdu: مولانا احمد لاٹ) is an Indian Islamic cleric and preacher and a leader of Tablighi Jamaat. He heads the shura faction of Tablighi Jamaat at Nerul Markaz. He also delivers speeches in Raiwind Ijtema every year. Biography Maulana Ahmad Laat, born in Kavi village, Gujarat and currently residing in Surat, Gujarat. Haji Muhammad Abdul Wahhab ( ur, , ''Ḥājī Muḥammad ‘Abdul-Wahhāb'' (1 January 1923 – 18 November 2018) was an Islamic preacher and the emir of Tablighi Jamaat in Pakistan. Raiwind Markaz (in Punjabi مرکز رائےونڈ ) is a complex consisting of a main mosque, Islamic madrasa, and residential areas located in Raiwind city, near Lahore, Pakistan, and is the home of the Tablighi Jamaat in Pakistan. Muḥammad In‘āmul-Ḥasan Kāndhlawī (20 February 191810 June 1995) was an Indian Islamic scholar who served as the Chief leader or Amir of the Tablighi Jamaat from 1965 to 1995. Early life and career Inamul Hasan was born on 20 February 1918 in Kandhla town, near Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He received his basic religious education at Madrassa Kashif-ul-Uloom Nizamuddin New Delhi and then at Mazahir Uloom Saharanpur and then spent the rest of his life working for Tablighi Jamat. He married Sheikh ul Hadith Muhammad Zakariya Kandhlawi's second daughter. He was appointed the third Ameer (leader) of Tablighi Jamaat by Sheikh-ul-Hadith after the death of Muhammad Yusuf Kandhlawi in 1965 and served over 30 years as the leader of Tablighi Jamaat until his death in 1995.
