Officially, among Japanese names there are 291,129 different Japanese surnames, as determined by their kanji, although many of these are Japanese orthography, pronounced and romanization of Japanese, romanized similarly. Conversely, some surnames written the same in kanji may also be pronounced differently. The top 10 surnames cover approximately 10% of the population, while the top 100 surnames cover slightly more than 33%. This ranking is a result of an August 2008 study by Meiji Yasuda Life, Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, which included approximately 6,118,000 customers of Meiji Yasuda's insurance and annuities. Akiko Niwata
is a former Japanese football player. She spent her entire professional career playing for clubs in the Nadeshiko League, and was a former international with the Japan women's national football team. Club career Niwata was born in Osaka Prefecture on September 12, 1984. In 2000, she was promoted to Speranza FC Takatsuki from youth team. In 2007, she moved to Urawa Reds. She retired end of 2012 season. She played 96 matches in L.League and she was selected Best Eleven 2 times (2009 and 2010). Kiyomi Niwata
Kiyomi Niwata ( ja, 庭田清美, born 10 December 1970 in Ushiku, Ibaraki Prefecture) is a professional triathlete from Japan, triple Olympian (Sydney, Athens, Beijing), multiple-time National Champion (2004, 2005, 2006), and an Asian Aquathlon Champion and Oceanian Triathlon Champion of the year 2009. Kiyomi Niwata and Anja Dittmer are the only triathletes who took part in all three Olympic triathlons. In Sydney and in Athens, Niwata placed 14th, in Beijing, 9th. She is coached by Col Stewart. ITU Competitions In the 14 years from 1997 to 2010, Kiyomi Niwata took part in 99 ITU competitions and achieved 39 top ten positions.
