Nikola Damjanac
Nikola Damjanac (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Дамјанац; born 21 October 1971) is a Serbian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Playing career Club career After starting out at his hometown club Velež Mostar, Damjanac joined Partizan. He was loaned to OFK Beograd in the 1993–94 season, before returning to Stadion JNA. In the summer of 1997, Damjanac moved to the Netherlands and signed with Roda JC. He subsequently returned to Partizan in 1998. In the summer of 2000, Damjanac again moved abroad and joined Turkish side Antalyaspor. He left Turkey after one season and moved to Brazilian club Fluminense, alongside Miodrag Anđelković. Consequently, Damjanac briefly returned to OFK Beograd, before moving to Russian club Saturn Ramenskoye in the summer of 2002. He again returned to OFK Beograd in the 2004–05 season. The 2004–05 First League of Serbia and Montenegro (officially known as the Meridian PrvaLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the third season of the Serbia and Montenegro's top-level football league since its establishment. It was contested by 16 teams, and FK Partizan won the championship. Teams Budućnost Banatski Dvor, Napredak Kruševac and Radnički Obrenovac were relegated to the 2004–05 Serbian First League while Kom was relegated to the 2004–05 Montenegrin First League after the last season for finishing last. Antalyaspor Kulübü is a Turkish professional football club located in the city of Antalya. The club's colours are red and white. They play their home matches at the Antalya Stadium. In Turkey, the club won the First League twice in 1982 and 1986 and finished as runners-up for the Turkish Cup in 2000 and in 2021. The 1998–99 First League of FR Yugoslavia was the seventh season of the FR Yugoslavia's top-level football league since its establishment. Overview For the fourth season in a raw that the league was divided in 2 groups, A and B, consisting each of 10 clubs. Both groups were played in league system. By winter break all clubs in each group meet each other twice, home and away, with the bottom four classified from A group moving to the group B, and being replaced by the top four from the B group. At the end of the season the same situation happened with four teams being replaced from A and B groups, adding the fact that the bottom three clubs from the B group were relegated into the Second League of FR Yugoslavia for the next season and replaced by the top three from that league. The First League of Serbia and Montenegro ( sr, Прва савезна лига / Prva savezna liga) was the top football league of Serbia and Montenegro, before the country's dissolution in 2006. The league was formed following the breakup of Yugoslavia in 1992, effectively succeeding the Yugoslav First League. The league was renamed the Serbia and Montenegro SuperLiga prior to its final 2005–06 season. From 1993 to 1998, the league abandoned the traditional single-league structure, which was used in the first season, and the division was split into two groups; Group A (known as IA) for the top-seeded teams and Group B (IB) for the other teams. Until 1995–96, the bottom four teams of the IA group were replaced with the top four teams of IB after the first half of the season, once all teams have played each other in their respective group twice.
