Nigar Arpadarai
Nigar Javid gizi Arpadarai ( az, Nigar Cavid qızı Arpadarai, born 17 January 1982) is a member of the VI convocation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Chairman of the Working Group on Azerbaijan–Portugal inter-parliamentary relations. Previously she was the Head of the Marketing and Communications Department, as well as the National Press Secretary, of the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, between 2015 and 2020. Biography Nigar Arpadarai was born on 17 January 1982 in Baku into a family of artists. She graduated from Baku Secondary School No. 44 in 1998. The Baku City Circuit ( az, Bakı Şəhər Halqası) is a motor racing street circuit located in Baku, Azerbaijan constructed near Baku Boulevard. A lap of the circuit is , making it the third-longest circuit on the Formula One calendar (after Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps and Jeddah Street Circuit). Nar is a brand for commercial activities of Azerfon, a mobile telecommunications company, located in Baku, Azerbaijan. Company background Azerfon LLC launched its commercial activities on 21 March 2007 under brand name Nar Mobile. Today the network coverage of Azerfon claims to reach the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic. In certain remote areas (e.g. Qarxun and Sohub villages of Quba district) Nar is the only provider offering service. Currently, over 2,100,000 subscribers use the network.
