Nicolás Valentini (born 6 April 2001) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Boca Juniors. Personal life Born in Argentina, Valentini is of Italian descent. International career Valentini was a member of the Argentina national under-23 football team that played at the 2024 CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament and qualified for the 2024 Summer Olympics men's football tournament in France. On 5 March 2024, Valentini was called up to the Argentina national team replacing Marcos Senesi who was withdrawn from the squad due to an injury in the right hamstring. Junín () is a city in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and administrative seat of the '' partido'' of Junín. It has a population of 85,420 () and is located west of the city of Buenos Aires. It is mostly known for being the hometown of former first lady of Argentina Eva Perón. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002.
