Nicole Fox (Nebraska Politician)
Nicole Fox (born September 14, 1974) is a politician from the state of Nebraska in the Midwestern United States. She is a member of the Republican Party. In 2015, she was appointed to fill a vacant seat in the Nebraska Legislature, representing a district in downtown and southern Omaha. In 2016, she sought election to the seat and came in third in the nonpartisan primary and thus failed to advance to the general election. Early life and career Fox was born on September 14, 1974, in Des Moines, Iowa. She grew up in Hamburg, Iowa, graduating from Hamburg High School in 1992. She attended Iowa State University, from which she received a B.S. in food and human nutrition dietetics science in 1996. Following an internship in Kansas City, she moved to Omaha in 1999, and began working as a dietitian and nutrition therapist for Nebraska Medicine, a private nonprofit organization operating two hospitals and a number of clinics in the Omaha metropolitan area. Jeremy Nordquist
Jeremiah J. Nordquist (born November 10, 1981) is a politician from the state of Nebraska in the Midwestern United States. Nordquist represented an Omaha district in the Nebraska Legislature from 2009 to 2015. He served in the Unicameral as a member of the Democratic Party, but is now a registered Republican. Early life and career Nordquist was born November 10, 1981, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In 2000, he graduated from high school in Beresford, South Dakota. He attended Creighton University in Omaha, graduating in 2004 with a B.A. in political science. In 2006, he married Shannon C. Riley; the couple produced one child. From 2004 to 2008, Nordquist worked for the Nebraska Legislature, as research analyst and an aide to senator John Synowiecki.
