Nicole Callinan (born 26 December 1982) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Western Bulldogs#AFL Women's team, Western Bulldogs in the AFL Women's competition. Callinan was drafted by the Western Bulldogs with their eleventh selection and eighty-fifth overall in the 2016 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut in the thirty-two point win against at Whitten Oval, VU Whitten Oval in the opening round of the 2017 AFL Women's season, 2017 season. The Darebin Women's Sports Club, nicknamed the Falcons, is based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and primarily notable for its Australian rules football team which competes in the highest-level Victorian state league – the VFL Women's (VFLW). It is the only VFLW club that is not affiliated with a side from the national AFL Women's (AFLW) competition or the Australian Football League (AFL). The Victorian Women's Football League (VWFL) was the oldest and largest Australian rules football league for women in the world, consisting of 47 clubs from Victoria, Australia, across seven divisions and a total of over 1,000 players. Whitten Oval (also known as Victoria University Whitten Oval under a naming rights agreement) is a stadium in the inner-western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in Barkly Street, West Footscray.
